Our Mission

The mission of Cherokee United Methodist Church is to make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world.

The church exists to make disciples and, in so doing, help the world to live into the vision that is the Kingdom of God.

Therefore, discipleship is important at Cherokee. Discipleship is more important than programs or events, committees or systems. Our primary concern is that you are in a deeply committed relationship with Jesus Christ.
